We do not charge sales tax on most orders.

Applicable taxes will be charged to orders shipped to Maine.

Tires and batteries shipped to Maine will incur fees as mandated by the State of Maine. These fees will be clearly listed as "other taxes" during your checkout processing.

While we may not add sales tax to your order, this does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay a sales tax if one is collected in your state.

Most orders we receive by 6:00 PM EST will ship the same day.

Orders less than 20 pounds in both actual and dimensional weight will be delivered in only 1 to 3 business days to the 48 contiguous United States. Since these orders will sometimes travel by air, if your order contains chemicals or other materials restricted from air shipment, your order may take a day or two longer.

Orders that exceed 20 pounds in either actual or dimensional weight will be delivered in 2 – 5 days. You may upgrade these larger orders to 1 – 3 day delivery for an additional charge based on the weight and the size of the package. This option will be shown during checkout or our telephone representatives can provide you with the costs for this service.

Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays should not be counted as transit days.

We can ship to anywhere in the world.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and the size of the order.

You will be responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to the destination country.

To serve you in the most efficient way possible, we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once you place your order by clicking on the submit button, you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional items, simply place another order.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our customer service center at (800) 432-2238 as long as the order has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse for processing.

Therefore, it may take 7 to 10 days for the bank to release funds back to your credit card.
