Return Policy and Information
How to return items to us for exchange or refund
Refund
SImply complete the bottom part of your invoice informing us of your wishes to obtain a refund. Include this form in the returned package and send the package to us by any method of your choice. We suggest that you obtain tracking information on any packages you send to us for confirmation of delivery. We will process your return promptly - normally you can expect a credit within 7 days of delivery to our warehouse.
Exchange
If you are returning an item for exchange, we can help expedite this process. You may simply return the item and note on the return form on the back of your invoice the replacement item you wish to receive. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the product you have returned. Or to expedite the exchange process, you may contact us at (800) 432-2238 and let us know in advance that you will be returning an item for exchange. We can then ship out your new item immediately so that you do not need to wait for your returned item to be delivered to us. We will need to temporarily charge your credit card for the new item but will promptly credit these charges once the exchanged item has been received in our warehouse.
