ground carrier of our choosing, usually UPS.

only pay the special shipping charge that applies to the item. This offer does not apply
to Alaska or Hawaii or any international destination.

For orders under 20 pounds in both actual and dimensional weight, for only a $6.95 upgrade fee, we will
ship it by UPS Second Day Air for guaranteed delivery in only 2 business days
(Monday thru Friday) anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. This option is not available
for shipments sent to Alaska or Hawaii, or for any international addresses.
This upgrade charge is in addition to any other applicable shipping charge that may apply to your order.

refund your cost of the item as long as it is in new resalable condition. No phone call or

invoice and return the item to us via any method you choose. We highly encourage you to
insure your return and obtain a tracking number to assure it arrives at our facilities.
For any item that is not in new, resaleable condition, please contact us if you are
displeased with your product as we will attempt to resolve your dissatisfaction by speaking
